Teddy Chisi was backed by bands like the Peace, led by his namesake Teddy Makombe, and the Fireballs. His first two albums were produed under Teal but for his third he dedcided to go under private management. Motaxis, who also owned the band Mo-Solid Sounds, brought out the album Funky Lady.
